Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day:

  • on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods, or

  • in the case of multiple goods or partial deliveries, from the day on which the last item is acquired.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Return Shipping Costs

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Compensation for Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Customized Products (Custom Print)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

  • that are not prefabricated,

  • for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or

  • which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies in particular to all products created using our freely configurable design options (Custom Print), including but not limited to individualized logos, names, race numbers, colors, positioning, or other custom elements selected or provided by the customer.

These products are manufactured exclusively based on the customer’s individual specifications.

For such individually configured products, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

The voluntary extended return policy described below is also excluded.

Customized or printed goods cannot be returned or refunded.

Voluntary Extended Return Policy (Goodwill Policy)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant a 30-day return period from the date of receipt for non-personalized standard products.

For returns received after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period but within the voluntary 30-day period, reimbursement will be issued exclusively in the form of a store credit voucher for the value of the goods.

No cash refund will be issued during this extended period.

Conditions:

  • The goods must be unused

  • No signs of wear

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact and undamaged

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods.

If goods show signs of use or missing components, we may:

  • apply an appropriate reduction in value (refunded as store credit), or

  • refuse the return.

If the return is refused, the goods will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

This voluntary policy does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal.
