Shipping area
We deliver within Germany, to all countries of the European Union (EU), and to Switzerland.
Shipping costs (incl. VAT)
Shipments within Germany
- DHL (clothing & accessories): flat rate €6.99 per order
- Free shipping from €150.00 order value (applies only to items that can be shipped via DHL: clothing & accessories).
- Excluded from free shipping: paddles (GLS) and freight items (kayaks).
- GLS (paddles): flat rate €20.00 per order
- Freight forwarding (kayaks): flat rate €100.00 per kayak (Germany)
Shipments to EU countries
- DHL (clothing & accessories): flat rate €16.99 per order
- GLS (paddles): flat rate €30.00 per paddle
- Kayaks (freight forwarding): on request (costs depend on destination/region)
Shipments to Switzerland
- DHL (clothing & accessories): flat rate €16.99 per order
- Paddles (GLS) & kayaks (freight forwarding): on request (charged at actual cost depending on destination/handling)
Important notice on customs & import charges (Switzerland):
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional charges may apply that are not billed by us, e.g. customs duties, import VAT, and handling/administration fees charged by the carrier. Where legally permissible, such costs are to be borne by the recipient. Please check in advance with the relevant authorities and/or the carrier for any applicable fees.
Note on mixed orders (different shipping methods):
If your order contains items requiring different shipping methods (e.g., accessories + paddles), we will ship together where reasonable and possible. In such cases, shipping costs are based on the required shipping method(s).
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is stated in the product description, delivery is:
- DHL / GLS: usually 3–4 business days within Germany and 3–6 business days to EU countries and Switzerland after conclusion of contract and receipt of payment.
- Freight forwarding (kayaks): usually 5–10 business days. The carrier will contact you by phone to arrange the delivery date.
Please note: No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
